She has over a decade of invaluable experience in handling, installing, managing, and operating HUD construction projects, and communities. She is a member in both MMHA (Manufactured Housing Institute) and MHI (Manufactured Housing Association for Regulatory Reform). Melinda has served in similar roles in industry leading firms: Sun Communities and Yes! Communities.

David Washburn is a career construction professional with an extensive background in finish and trim carpentry, construction management, and all aspects of manufactured home construction and installation. Additionally, Dave has extensive experience in Michigan specific foundation installation such as soil densities and other critical aspects for successful utility construction and installation. Dave also has a CDL class A license.

Roy Chebli oversees MCM's in-community sales and has over two decades of expertise in manufactured and modular home products. Roy is a lifelong native of the Lansing area, and is an expert in assimilating available land parcels with the appropriate manufactured, modular, or HUD product and integrating all aspects of land planning, home selection, and customer interaction.
